    Week 1: Fundamentals of CrossFit

    Meet our professional coaches and begin the Fundamentals Program. During these 1-on-1 sessions you will get familiar with the movements you’ll be using in group classes. We will teach you the right form and technique to help you get stronger and avoid injury. We will also use this time to teach you modifications that are right for you.

    This week we will finish teaching you all the moves you will need for class. We will boost your confidence and help get you conditioned for what you will expect in the full group classes. Just keep showing up!

    Congrats, you are ready to join the Group Class! Take in the community and see how it feels to belong to a group of fit-minded people. If you surround yourself with a strong community, you are more likely to succeed.

    You might be feeling a little sore at this point, but that’s a good thing. Your body is adapting to your new level of fitness. Just one month of consistent effort and you’ll start seeing results. We’ll encourage you and keep you on track!
