"We are a FAMILY"
Words alone cannot express the love and passion I have for our box. Alaka’i CF will always have a special place in my heart. I currently have 7 of my immediate family members working out daily (4 of my sons, 1 of them joining the competitions). I have had 25 of my ohana come through our beloved box. Improving my health has become very important to me and encouraging my family members to join this health journey together has been an incredible bonding experience. I share everything (workouts and life) with my family and all of the Alaka’i athletes with pride. Owner Ikaika, his wife Lani, and all of the coaches are a wealth of knowledge and put your safety first and foremost while helping your reach your goals.
